For over 40 years, Laiwu Forging has manufactured open die forgings for manufacturers, metal working companies and OEMs. We have attained ISO 9001, ISO 9001:2008, OHSMS18000 and API Q1 registrations.
Although quality is often implied in the forging industry, Laiwu Forging Co., Ltd conducts UT tests on every part it produces. In addition, parts are delivered to the customer with a 250 RMS or finer surface condition so that rough machining doesn't have to be performed before each piece goes onto a CNC machine or other finish machining operations, saving prep time and tool wear. As a further cost savings, LD also manufactures products with very tight tolerances, as little a 2mm per dimension, so that you don't pay for extra metal that ends up as chips on the floor. Finally, all products are delivered with protective oil coatings and packaging to prevent rust or other damage during transit or storage.
